First party = the service provider Japanese-Teacher.com
Second party = those parties using the Japanese teacher introduction services of this site
The services = the Japanese teacher introduction services provided by Japanese-teacher.com
Japanese-teacher.com only offers a service which introduces a registered Japanese teacher to those who wish for a private Japanese lesson. Although we strive for improvement in the quality of lessons, support through selection of teachers, and information services, etc., course design and accounting related matters shall be performed between the persons concerned under the consent of both the teacher and student. This site does not take any responsibility.
1.The second party is one who has agreed to all the terms of this agreement.
2.The second party shall apply for services using methods set out by this site.
3.Those who are under 15 years of age and without parental authority may not make use of these services.
4. The second party may use rights and information gained using these services in accordance with the Terms of Use set out by the first party. One may not however pass on, lend or make public such information to a third party.
1.The second party shall provide a Website Service Fee of 3,000yen upon the signing of a contract or at the first lesson when an introduced teacher has been contracted.
2.The once paid charge shall not be returned. However, it may only be returned when a contract violation has occurred on the teacherfs side.
3.In the case that one wishes for a meeting setup after 3 unsuccessful meetings, a Meeting Setup Fee of 2,000yen per person becomes necessary.
1.The second party must report to the first party when a lesson agreement is reached.
2.The second party must use the following methods to pay the Website Service Fee of 3,000yen when a lesson agreement is reached.
3.In the case that payment is not made by the end of the same day as the first lesson, the first party reserves the right to cease services to the second party.
4.The Meeting Setup Fee of 2,000yen incurred for teacher introductions after the first 3 meetings must be transferred in advance to the bank account designated by this site.
The first party reserves the arbitrary right to partly or fully stop these services, and shall take no responsibility for any resulting damages incurred by the second or third party.
The Japanese teacher introduced via these services is an outsourcer, and not an employee. Although this site strives for improvement in quality through selection of the Japanese teachers, information, etc, the first party takes no responsibility for any kind of trouble, damage or the like which occurs between the second party and a Japanese teacher. Moreover, the first party also takes no responsibility for any trouble or damage generated before, during, or after a lesson.
Based on the privacy policy defined by this site, registered personal information is not used by the first party for any purpose other than for providing services.
The first party may conduct campaigns, questionnaires and the like aimed at the second party at any time.
1.The first party prohibits the following actions upon making use of these services.
2.When the first party suffers any damages such as in the preceding clause, the second party shall compensate such damage to the first party.
The first party reserves the right to revise this agreement at any time. When reformed, the second party is notified on this site.
When trouble arises in relation to these services between the first, second or third party, talks shall be held with sincerity in an effort to find a solution. However, when the problem is not solved by deliberations, the Summary Court or the District Court which has jurisdiction over the first partyfs area is to be the Agreement Jurisdictional Court of the 1st trial under exclusive contract.
