 Can I really find the best teacher for my situation?
Many teachers are registered with Japanese-teacher.com, however
at times no teacher is available for the location or the time that you
would like to take the lesson. In the future, new teachers will be registered
with
greater availability.You can apply as often as needed at no cost.
Where should we set up the lesson?
It is possible to take the lesson at a café, the participant’s
office or any public space, if the teacher is available. Each person is
responsible for their own refreshments.
Can I change the teacher?
You cannot change the teacher after setting up the lesson schedule. If you would like to change the teacher, you need to apply again.
If for personal reasons, the teacher cannot continue the lesson within one month of the beginning date, you can apply one more time for free.
How shall we pay the website service fee?
Please pay the website service fee to the teacher.
How much is the lesson fee?
We will send you the teacher profiles when we get your application.
You can see the information about the lesson fee and the rules of payment on
each profile.(Sample)
How can I cancel lessons?
The teacher and student will agree on the cancellation rules at the first meeting.
Do
you offer semi-private lessons?
It is possible if we can find a teacher who accepts your request.Please
let us know how many people would like to take lessons when you apply.
Please note that each person needs to pay the service fee of 3,000Yen.
Can I change the date or time for the lesson? Or can I extend the lesson time?
It is possible if the teacher is available. Please discuss it with your teacher.
If you need to find another teacher though our website, a new application must be made.
Haw can I select the text book?
Please let your teacher know if you have any request for text books.If you are not sure what kind of text suits you, please discuss this with your teacher. The teacher will advise you.
Please note that you should pay for the material fee at actual cost.
